[my life] informatoin overload

寫IELTS練習時第一篇便出現這個標題-Information Overload



讀完short script 還是很卡



單字不夠、邏輯不嚴謹、缺乏組織這些都是顯而易見的有待加強點



而且還有個致命點-我的閱讀理解力在下降當中



大二是高峰點再來隨著修教程的時間增多...離閱讀英文「長」文章越來越遠

其中提到...



In 2003, the World Wide Web contained 170 terabytes of
information on its surface; the 'deep web' was at that time thought
to be up to 540times larger.



對於僅止於使用電腦這個level的我而言 很難想像terabyte這個單位到底有多大



自然而然也限制我的表達力







剛好看到一個blog 的target="_blank">影片增加我對information overload的觀感



For students starting a four-year technical or college degree, this
means that half of what they learn in their first year of study
will be outdated by their third year of study. 







水可載舟亦可覆舟，網路固然便捷，但也因為方便和廣大的搜尋力，使我們自身暴露在危機中而不自知
